Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 BVGL Camp at CU

Requests for refunds must be received at least 7 days from the start of camp. No refunds will be issued once camp has begun.

Boulder Play Day 2024

Refund requests must be received by October 1st.

Boulder Play Day 2025

If the tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

Spring 2026

Registration cancellations must be received via email to annie@boulderlacrosse.org no later than 7 days before the start of the program. Refund requests will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the program has started.

SwaxLax 2026

Winter Ball 2026
