Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boulder Play Day 2024

Refund requests must be received by October 1st.

BVGL Camp at CU

Requests for refunds must be received at least 7 days from the start of camp. No refunds will be issued once camp has begun.

Fall Ball

Registration cancellations must be received via email to annie@boulderlacrosse.org no later than 7 days before the start of the program. Refund requests will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the program has started.

Spring 2024

Registration cancellations must be received via email to annie@boulderlacrosse.org no later than 7 days before the start of the program. Refund requests will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the program has started.

Swaxlax

Registration cancellations must be received via email to annie@boulderlacrosse.org no later than 5 days before the start of the program. Refund requests will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the program has started.

Winter Ball

Registration cancellations must be received via email to annie@boulderlacrosse.org no later than 5 days before the start of the program. Refund requests will be subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the program has started.
